  • Pricing shown is indicative and not final. We confirm your plan and price with you before anything starts.
  • Monthly billing is the default. Annual billing saves about 17%, which is two months free.
  • Extra capacity is a pre-purchased annual pack, not a per-file surprise charge: Small US$600, Medium US$1,500, Large US$3,500, Enterprise custom.
  • Guided Setup is optional on Starter and Professional, included on Business, and waived on annual billing. It is never a condition of starting.
  • You are never billed for models, tokens, compute, OCR pages or API calls. GST, where it applies, is confirmed when you start.

Monthly billing is the default, so nothing here asks you to commit on day one. The exception, in exchange for a twelve-month term on annual billing and letting us name you as a reference firm:

About the pricing

One taxpayer for one financial year. A return you amend later is the same file, not a second one.
You add a pre-purchased capacity pack rather than paying a per-file surprise charge. Nothing stops working and nothing is throttled. We tell you before you are consistently drawing on extra capacity, and suggest the next plan if that fits your pattern better.
Capacity is counted over the year, not the month, so a season that lands in September and October is what the plan is sized for. Pick the plan that fits your annual volume, and tell us if the shape of your year makes that uneconomic.
Monthly plans run month to month. The only reason to commit to twelve months is the Founder discount, and that is your choice. Because your lodgement software stays the record, leaving is a reversion rather than a migration.
