Your data stays in Australia
The production service stores and processes taxpayer data in Australia. Your taxpayers’ data does not leave the country.
You sign off every figure
TaxPilot never lodges on its own. The agent green-lights the return before anything is pushed to Xero or lodged to the ATO.
ISO 27001:2022 certified
TaxPilot is built and operated by Telligro, which holds ISO 27001:2022 certification for its information-security management.
Tenant isolation
Each practice’s data is separated at the database level, so one practice can never see another’s taxpayers or returns.
Encryption of sensitive data
Sensitive identifiers such as TFNs, and your Xero tokens, are encrypted at rest.
Built and run by Telligro
TaxPilot runs on Telligro’s Ubix platform, which also handles document processing and identity, so security is consistent across the product.

Who is TaxPilot for?
Australian tax agents and their practices. The taxpayers you act for can also send documents to you through a secure vault, but the product is bought and driven by the agent.
Does TaxPilot lodge returns on its own?
No. TaxPilot prepares and structures the data and pushes it to Xero. You review and green-light every figure, then lodge through Xero Tax to the ATO. The agent is always in control.
Where is my data stored?

What documents can it read?
The everyday source documents for an individual return: PAYG payment summaries, dividend and managed-fund statements, rental agent summaries, bank interest, crypto reports and similar. Documents it can’t confidently classify go to a review queue.
